A blog that isn't complaining about their spouse is hard to find even in a Christian relationship. "My husband puts his dirty laundry on the floor and not in the hamper, he doesn't take the trash out"... more and more. Stop complaining and put Christ as the center - Am I too blunt? Read on.....

A Christ centered marriage starts with you and you only. Jesus is what makes us whole - He wants us to be in union with Him. Being one with your spouse isn't easy in a sinful world. Sinful thoughts come in our head such as - why didn't he do the dishes? or why didn't she make me dinner? You may think this is innocent but it is not. NOW your spouse will never be perfect...NEVER, but you can love them with the deep love that Christ has instilled in us because the holy spirit is in our hearts.

"But - I have asked my spouse to change and they haven't." Communication is a huge part of marriage and a Godly marriage. Calm ways of communicating with each other is essential. Always talk to your spouse and be open. Try and see things from their prospective also but most important - see each other in that innocent light that God has, the innocence of humility, gentleness, patient and bearing with one another in love.
